Vegan Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake

Sometimes all you have to do is make minor adjustments to see big changes. Are you craving a milkshake? Well….ditch 1,000 calories of pure sugar for this 330 calorie healthy shake.

I used Blessed Protein’s Chocolate Coconut pea protein powder for this one!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Blessed Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup almond milk

4 TBSP of lite cool whip

Optional:

2 TBSP of semi sweet chocolate chips for decorating (add 80 calories if you eat it!)
