1 scoop Blessed Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
4 TBSP of lite cool whip
2 TBSP of semi sweet chocolate chips for decorating (add 80 calories if you eat it!)
