Can’t believe how simple these were to make. I’m talking 4 ingredients simple. I probably could have done a better job with the presentation…but hey who is complaining about messy fudge these days?
15 pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup tahini
A little salt
1 cup dark chocolate (or chocolate of preference), melted
- Put the dates, tahini and salt in a food processor and blend
- Mush mixture into an 8×8 (or slightly smaller) pan.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Cut into 10-12 pieces and dip into the melted chocolate
- Place dipped fudge into refrigerator for 25 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
